Project Delivery Resources LLC (PDR) provides owners strategic construction management services and “peace of mind” for the successful delivery of commercial projects. As leaders of the team, we provide support, guidance, and direction wherever it is appropriate to maintain a positive team approach to achieve results. By being proactive, there are no costly surprises during the process. We know what’s supposed to happen before it happens, and if a problem arises, we know how to fix it no matter who is responsible. There is always a plan “B” as a back-up and we know who is supposed to do what, when, and how. PDR’s emphasis on the team approach means you can count on firm, fair, and honest accountability to get the work done.
