APPROACH
Carl L. Groeschen, CCM leads the PDR Team. Carl is a third generation "construction guy" who began his construction career in 1979. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) as designated by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Over the past 37-years, Carl has successfully delivery projects in 11 different states to include Kentucky, Florida, Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Missouri, Colorado, California, Hawaii and Texas totaling over $2.5B in construction value.
